Now a professor in Science Education & Director of the Learning about Science and Religion Centre at Canterbury Christ Church University, in Oxford, England, Dr. Billingsley, as devoted as she has been to young people's science education throughout her career as a researcher, has built a body of work critiquing the way science is traditionally taught and breaking down the siloes between religious education and science education classes.
