I’m With Periods was started by founder Dr. Taq Kaur Ahandal in November 2017 when she took a life-changing trip to her homelands of India and got a clear new mission to spread the worldwide love of periods.
In 2020 she published a guidebook called Self-Care Down There and has an interesting take on self love with your period.
