Maria Magenes started her marketing career for a TV and Media broadcast where she spent 4 year, after which she decided to take the challenge and move into the Blockchain advertising space. She started off as a Head of Marketing for a Decentralised Finance startup called Aave after which she has joined the Maker DAO, where she is currently leading the Europe Community. In our talk with Maria, we discussed the importance of community building and the role that it plays in the adoption and growth of a product. Maria explains how two people are already a community and if you provide your community with the right tools, they can be the growth catalyst of your project. Maria also shared some key ways to establish and grow a community.
