About the Speaker- Hi, my name is Areefa Ali. I am 23 years old. Pursuing my post-graduation degree in environmental science. I did my bachelor's degree in biology and started my journey working as a social worker at the age of 19. I joined NCC and was a part of the National cadet corp from 2017 to 2020, I also got awarded as the second-best cadet Ncc Naval S.W Udaipur group in 2019. I love to do work for social welfare and I volunteered in different organizations for social causes along with my studies.I worked as a volunteer with the Government of India for the Clean India mission (swachh Bharat summer internship 2019 I secured first position district-level award) and also got an opportunity to serve as a virtual Saksham Bitiya Abhiyan Intern 2021 programme in Begusarai district of Bihar state in India??, NITI Aayog and Piramal Foundation collaborated for Saksham Bitiya Abhiyan to empower girls. I am a social worker, SDG activist, greenie environmentalist and a hard worker who is keen to learn and develop new skills. I have a great interest in Climate conservation, humanitarianism and human rights. My other interests include science, arts and culture. My skills are: Good team worker/leader with a good interpersonal relationship. Organized and resourceful at work even under pressure.
