More About The Guest: Dr. Trisha Amboree is an Assistant Professor of Public Health Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina and the Hollings Cancer Center with research training in epidemiology, health disparities, and access to and utilization of preventive healthcare services among minoritized and medically underserved populations. Much of Dr. Amboree’s current research focuses on elucidating and addressing disparities in cervical cancer prevention and treatment, as well as mitigating disparate cervical cancer outcomes.
