This year was very hard for me, I feel like I was just jumping from one thing to another. This has been the post-pandemic effect on me, I’ve been breaking down everywhere, there are days I felt amazing but on some I felt so down that I didn’t even want to get out of the bed. That survival mode is now over, I am myself again, I took a lot of time to heal, recover, call out myself and now it’s time to change. I believe that we should not wait for a new year to change but this is always a good start to look forward to new things again, the most important part to stay disciplined and always choose progress above any hardship.
