Hi Mujeres! We're back from our long hiatus and glad to be back recording! We catch up with what we've been up to and where we've been. Liz with her fitness journey and getting her last baby ready for school and Mel moving and her long distance relationship, we have been busy this summer. We open up the discussion of relationships and when men support and encourage their partners, it provides a safe space for us to be who we really and in turn give back to them for their needs.
