When my psychic abilities first began to wake up, I had a brief moment where I questioned if I was losing my mind. Here, I was an Ivy League-trained PhD. talking to spirit guides! Ten years later, I had the opportunity to participate in a research study at Yale, led by Dr. Al Powers, comparing people who identified as clairaudient and embraced the wise voices of their intuition and spirit guides with those who were distressed by the voices in their heads.
